Two shutterbugging opportunities in spring and fall

It is one of the most famous temples of the Soto sect and was once known as "Koya in the west. It is also known as the final resting place of the Ouchi clan, which flourished in Yamaguchi during the Muromachi period (1336-1573).
It is also known as a spot for cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall.

The park is located on a hill overlooking Senzaki Port and is famous as a cherry blossom viewing spot in spring.

The world as if it were sowing silver sand.

The adjacent "Tide of the Dragon Palace". The exposed basalt rocks in this area show a varied topography, and the spray of seawater rising 30 meters out of a series of vertical holes connected to a cave under the water resembles a dragon rising toward the sky, hence the name.
