On September 4, 2024 (Wed.), "Yamaguchi Prefecture New Local Gourmet Part 2! Tasting" was held in Nagato City.
This is part of the "Local 'Platinum Tourist Gourmet' Development Project" that the Yamaguchi Prefectural Tourism Federation has been implementing since last year. Last year, Nagato City worked on "Choshu Chicken Steak" and Hagi City on "Choshu Kaisen Mabushi" and "Choshu Kaisen Uni Shabu". This year, we welcome new participating businesses and aim to promote local gourmet foods through workshops and tasting sessions.
In this tasting session, we tasted menus from "Comeraza," "Umiyado Kiraku," "Isaji," and "Kitanagato Retreat Hotel Yukyu no Ki.
(The Choshu Black Kashiwa menu at △ Comeraza is offered on the restaurant's regular menu!
Senzaki Kaisen Mabushi is a dish that allows you to enjoy different flavors of Kue dashi soup.
(The boiled rice is also served.)
*Menus from "Kiraku" will be offered to guests staying at the hotel.
They are currently making adjustments to make it a "Kaisen Mabushi" (seafood fist)!
