The “Yamaguchi Prefecture Yutaka Festival” and the “Nagato Fish Festival 2024” were held!

Fish familiarization & fresh fish sales event

Today (Sunday, October 27, 2024), the "Yamaguchi Prefecture Harvest Festival" and "Nagato Fish Festival 2024" were held at the Senzaki Regional Wholesale Market.

This is an event sponsored by the Yamaguchi Prefecture Fisheries Cooperative Association, where events to familiarize oneself with fish and sales events are held.

In addition to the ceremony, the Yamaguchi Prefecture Yutaka Festival also included the release of young yellowtail grouper and tiger puffer fish.

The Nagato Fish Festival 2024 featured a variety of events, such as whale soup, a tuna dismantling show, and an all-you-can-stuff-yourself horse mackerel show, in addition to fresh fish and other goods for sale.

Whale soup was limited to 300 servings.

The event was well attended by people from all over the city and beyond.
