Nagato Yumoto Onsen - Autumn foliage photography while walking around Daneiji Temple!

On Saturday, November 23, 2024, the autumn Naga Trip "Nanavi Photo Walk with Photographer Fuka Kamata, Autumn Foliage Special Edition" was held.
The "Nanavi Photo Walk" is an event to enjoy a photo walk in the city with the staff of "Nanavi," a sightseeing website.
For this special edition, photographer Fuka Kamata was invited for a camera class, a photo shoot at the autumn foliage spot "Daneiji Temple," and a photo presentation.

Camera Class @engawa YUMOTO

The venue is the rental space & cafe " engawa YUMOTO ".

In the camera class, Mr. Kamata explained the points to be aware of when taking pictures of autumn leaves and how to take pictures while showing pictures he had taken at Daneiji Temple in advance.
Participants listened to the story, nodding their heads from time to time.

Now it's time to put it into practice! Photo Walk

After the 30-minute camera class, everyone heads out to practice with their cameras.
It had been raining quite a bit that morning, but had just stopped by the time we went outside.

As you walk through the Nagato Yumoto hot spring resort area, stop at locations that interest you and take pictures.

After a 20-minute walk, we arrived at Daneiji Temple.

The autumn leaves, at their peak, were glistening in the morning rain and sunshine.
Everyone sets up their cameras and happily takes pictures.

Mr. Kamata also took portraits of participants who requested them.

Returning to "engawaYUMOTO" from Daneiji Temple, everyone chose their favorite picture from among those they had taken.
They will be shown on the monitor in turn and the reasons for their selections will be presented, and Mr. Kamada will comment on each piece in response.

The event ended with Mr. Kamada introducing his favorite works to everyone.
Everyone seemed to enjoy talking with each other after the event, and it was impressive to see how they had become very close.
