A complex of facilities from lodging to sauna/restaurant and unique local activities
Today (Tuesday, December 17, 2024), it was announced that SOIL Nagatoyumoto, a complex facility with lodging, sauna, restaurant, activity center, etc., will open in Nagato Yumoto Onsen on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
There are 24 rooms available for accommodations, ranging from twin and double rooms to dormitory-style rooms for long-term guests, to meet a wide range of needs.
The "River View Sauna" is located on the top floor (6th floor), where guests can enjoy the sauna while gazing at the beautiful scenery and the murmuring of the Onshin River that flows through the town. Guests staying at the hotel can also enjoy free admission to the Onyu hot spring bath located near the facility, and together with the sauna, they can experience the charms of Nagato Yumoto Onsen.
Also available on the first floor are the Italian restaurant "TARU" and the Activity Center. The Italian restaurant "TARU" offers pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, locally produced, locally consumed, and seasonal menus, as well as original cocktails using hot spring water, and dishes based on the theme of reducing food loss by utilizing surplus local ingredients.
At the "Activity Center," nature-themed activities will be held with a focus on interaction with local businesses and producers, and while adults can enjoy the contents, children can learn "zest for life" while interacting with local people. The "Activity Center" will host nature-themed activities centered on interactions with local business operators and producers.
SOIL Nagatoyumoto's management theme is "3 nurturing" ("Nature Education," "Food Education," and "Hot Spring Education"), and the Activity Center will be responsible for "Nature Education," the TARU restaurant for "Food Education," and the Onyu (hot spring) and Riverview Sauna for "Hot Spring Education. Onyu" and "River View Sauna" are in charge of "hot spring education.
SOIL Nagatoyumoto" has started accepting reservations for accommodations at the same time as today's announcement.
