Yamaguchi Prefecture New Local Gourmet Development Project is now accepting applications from participating businesses (until 6/14).

Participating businesses in Nagato City are being recruited.

The Yamaguchi Tourism Federation is currently accepting applications for this year's "Yamaguchi Prefecture New Local Gourmet Development" project. This project was implemented last year (FY2023), and "Choshu Chicken Steak" was developed in Nagato City, and "Choshu Kaisen Mabushi" and "Choshu Kaisen Uni Shabu" were developed in Hagi City.
The project will continue this year, and we are currently recruiting businesses in Nagato City to participate in the development and provision of the above menus. If you are interested in participating, please check the following information and apply here by June 14 (Fri.).
