Beautiful fireworks light up the night sky
Today (Saturday, July 20, 2024), the "Nagato Fireworks Festival" was held at the Minato Fish Market in the Higashi-Fukagawa area.
The event started at 16:00. The market was lined with many stalls set up by the city's restaurants and was crowded with visitors.
At 20:00, the main fireworks finally went off. For about 30 minutes, the fireworks went off one after another!
Today, the weather was perfect for viewing the fireworks, with clear skies and little wind after the torrential downpour that lasted from midnight to just before noon.
