Why don't you warm yourself at Nagato Yuzukichiyu?

On December 21 (Thu.) and 22 (Fri.), 2023, "Nagato Yuzukichi no Yu" will be held at "Otoshin River River Park Ashiyu" and "Otosore Ashiyu" in Nagato Yumoto hot spring resort (both free).

This is an annual event held by Nagato City, following the custom of yuzu yuzu baths held on the winter solstice, and uses Nagato Yuzukichi, a specialty of the city.

Nagato Yuzukichi" which has ripened and turned yellow.

Nagato Yuzukichi" is a fragrant citrus fruit with a refreshing aroma and mild acidity. The "Nagato Yuzukichi" used in this yuzu bath is called "Nagato Yuzukichi Komachi" or "Kikinaru Nagato Yuzukichi" because it matures from summer to fall and turns a bright yellow color.

On Friday the 22nd, Yuzukichiyu will also be held at the Kohado Koryu Center in the Hioki district and theYumen Fureai Center in the Misumi district. Why don't you warm yourself a little with a footbath in this cold weather?　We are looking forward to seeing you there.
