Three special exhibitions are being held simultaneously at the Nagato City Cultural Heritage Center "Historia Nagato," which celebrated its first anniversary on September 1 (Fri.).

There are three special exhibitions: "Manga de Hikaru Hikae Exhibition", "Welcome Back! Stone Artifacts from the Amagodai Site" and "Matsuo Bansui Exhibition.

The "Manga de Fukkatsu" exhibition focuses on the "repatriation from China after the Pacific War," "Welcome Home! Stone Artifacts from the Amagodai Ruins" is about "Paleolithic stone artifacts collected in the Hioki area," and "Matsuo Bansui Exhibition" is about "Matsuo Bansui, a Japanese-style painter active from the Meiji to Showa eras. The "Matsuo Bansui Exhibition" is about "Matsuo Bansui, a Japanese painter active from the Meiji to Showa periods.

In addition, a special program "Murata Seifu, whom Yoshida Shoin looked up to as his teacher" is scheduled to be held from October 11 (Wed.) to commemorate the 240th anniversary of the birth of Murata Seifu, a great person from Misumi.
