Nagato Tourism Concierge Training Course “Hospitality Training” Begins

Today (Friday, July 2), the Nagato Tourism Concierge Training Course "Hospitality Training" has started.

This is one of the training courses of "Nagato Tourism Concierge," a program to develop human resources capable of providing the unique hospitality of Nagato City, where participants learn about hospitality to customers.

Ms. Miki Kijima from ANA Business Solutions Corporation spoke at the lecture.

The course began with an introduction to how to prepare for customers, how to make a good impression, how to respond to complaints, and how to check "how you look" using a video.
