The 12th BIGLOBE Hot Springs Awards took place from December 16, 2019 to February 19, 2020.
The results were announced, and " Aburaya Bay Onsen Hotel Yanggikan " was ranked No. 3 in the "Western Japan Hot Springs Rankings Ryokan/Hotel Category.
