Nagato Tourism Convention Association
This year again, we would like to inform you of the status of color change at the famous hydrangea temple " Koutokuji".
It is almost the end of the hydrangea season.
Most of the flowers on the grounds have changed color, and some are beginning to wither in the sun.
The peak is somewhat past.
About 60-70% of the precincts are colored.
I would say it is about time to see it.
Visitors can enjoy hydrangeas of various colors.
About 30-40% of the precincts have begun to change color.
However, it varies from place to place and is not yet at its best.
With rain in the forecast from mid-week, we hope the hydrangeas will grow into healthy hydrangeas for the weekend.
Signs reading " Yanggui-no-Sato " are placed throughout the area, so please follow the directions.
Passing along the road, we descend.
After passing the "Kutsu Post Office," turn left.
At the last junction, turn left.
*Please "drive slowly" as the road becomes very narrow from here.
You will see hydrangeas on your right. It is more convenient to park your car on top.
When you turn right, there is a slope to go up.
At the end of the climb, turn left. You will see a large parking lot.
Please park as far back as possible.
