Today, January 19 (Fri.), a reopening ceremony was held at the "Murata Seifu Memorial Hall".
The facility was renewed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Meiji Restoration. The ceremony included a recitation presentation by sixth graders of Asada Elementary School.
Seifu Murata and Masanosuke Shufu were central figures in the reform of the feudal government at the end of the Edo period. Please come and visit us to learn about the "will" and "energy" of our predecessors.

Do you know Murata Seifu?" is the main title of the museum, and the illustrations and explanatory panels are consistent with this main title, giving the museum a clean, uncluttered look.
