In the Era of Return to the Countryside - Aiming for Creative Tourism of the Good Old Life

Untouched rich nature, culture and history, and traditional life experiences unique to Japan....
The "Let's Play in Mukatsunokuni Council" was established in 2009 with the aim of promoting sustainable eco-tourism utilizing these local resources and increasing the number of tourists and immigrants.
The purpose of this symposium is to provide an overview of the project and to promote tourism in the form of stay-and-go tourism in rural areas.

20170919_Kick-off Symposium of Mukatsu-no-Kuni no Yuukou Council Yasuhiko Uchida (Professor, Faculty of Economics, Yamaguchi University)
In 1989, he received a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Sociology at Keio University. In the same year, he joined Recruit Co.
After working at the Research Institute for Organizational Vitalization, Work Design Laboratory, Organizational Human Resources Consulting Office, and Works Research Institute, he became an associate professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University in 2004.
He has been an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics, Yamaguchi University since April 2006, and has held his current position since 2008. He is a board member of the Japan Labor Relations Association and the Japan Intellectual Assets Management Association. His main publications include "Intellectual Capital Management of Japanese Companies" (Chuokeizai-sha, Inc.)

Moved to Aburatani Island in 2004 upon marriage.
In 2008, the company began manufacturing and selling "Peasant Salt" and currently has more than 100 stores that carry the product.
Since 2017, the company has been incorporated and aims to expand agricultural employment.
