A new fish cake shop has opened in Senzaki, Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the hometown of Misuzu Kaneko! Since Senzaki has long been rich in seafood, there was a culture of making fish paste from surplus fish and baking it into kamaboko (fish cake). Senzaki is also the hometown of the famous poet "Misuzu Kaneko. The street facing the museum is called " Senzaki Misuzu Street," and the local people are carefully preserving the scenery that Ms. Kaneko Misuzu wrote about. Kaneko Misuzu Memorial MuseumKaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum  A new type of fish cake shop has opened on Senzaki Misuzu Street.
