Shingo Ozaki

In 1994, created a pencil drawing of Takako Tokiwa for a Canon copy commercial; in 1996, created an image drawing of a poem by Misuzu Kaneko at the request of Nagato City.
Kaneko Misuzu
A poet who emerged like a comet in the world of children's songs at the end of the Taisho era (1912-1926), she began her career at the age of 20, but after suffering from illness, divorce, and other hardships, she passed away at the young age of 26. Her warm gaze toward natural scenery and invisible things, and her works, which are always filled with tenderness, continue to convey important messages to us. 20160715_Misuzu Gallery Exhibition by Shingo OzakiEvery month, the back cover of the public relations magazine of Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, carries a poem by Misuzu Kaneko and an illustration by Shingo Ozaki that was inspired by the poem.
