Yamaguchi Prefecture (Hagi, Nagato, Shimonoseki), the westernmost prefecture in Honshu, has a history of bringing Japan and the West together. The exterior is decorated with the "sea that connected the West and Japan" spanning two cars, and the "summer orange flower" and the "Japanese spindle tree" as flowers that have watched over the history of this region.
