Wednesday, May 6, 2016 Street Anything Market was held! Due to fairly strong winds, I was supposed to report Hoepi is closed. A cute signboard greeted us! Once upon a time, in this region called Dori (Kayoi), old-fashioned whaling was once upon a time practiced in this area called Kayoi. There are graves where the whales are buried, and memorial services are still held every year! Some people came here by bicycle! This year, the event was held in very strong winds, and yet the crowd is still here! The cars are all white with the tide to get here...! ? Unlike most festivals, this one brought together many delicious foods from Nagato, including seafood and meat! Oysters from Qinghai Island Semura Oysters Oysters from Qinghai Island! (silk) crepe and Wakame (seaweed) and other marine products! Seafood and Vegetable Tempura Tempura!
