A woman working there, Yuna, wrote down her unspoken secret thoughts in an "oto-sore" (sound slip), which was then broadcast. This legend is the origin of the river's name. Why don't you put your unspoken thoughts on the tanzaku and let them flow into the clear stream of the Otoshinagawa River, imitating the Yume?
