Senzaki Toro Aji Declaration is issued!
On Friday, June 24, 2016 (Heisei 24), the Senzaki Toro Aji Declaration was issued! In Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, horse mackerel fishing is conducted throughout the year. The most fatty season is from May to July. During this period, the Senzaki Toro Aji Declaration is issued when the average fat content reaches 10% or more. When this figure falls below 10%, the declaration is terminated. This is truly the season! Please come to Nagato City to enjoy delicious horse mackerel.Related Events
