The Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association has begun accepting applications for experience programs to be held during the summer (July-August) of 2023 (application period: May 8 [Monday] - May 26 [Friday]).
Nagatrip," a brand of experience programs, offers programs that can be enjoyed all year round, as well as programs that allow visitors and residents to enjoy the charms of Nagatot in a "unique" way for each season. This time, we are calling for programs that allow visitors to enjoy summer to the fullest. The Association will make an effort to have as many people as possible experience the charms of Nagato by accepting reservations through the "Nagatrip 2023 Summer" reservation website and by publicizing the program on the "Nanavi" sightseeing website. We would like to invite everyone in Nagato City to propose a program plan and participate as an organizer. We look forward to receiving your applications.
Nagato citizens and businesses in the city will create various "experience programs" utilizing the city's regional resources (nature, food, people, and history). The association will organize these programs under the brand name "Nagatrip" and provide support for information dissemination and sales in order to promote tourism and citizen interaction.

Fill out the application form, which can be downloaded from this page, and submit it to the Association by e-mail or fax.
1. The planned program must meet the objectives of the project
2. The program must be held in Nagato City
3. The program must be held at a local meeting place and disbanded
4. The program must meet the following three requirements
(1) The program must be unique to Nagato City (nature, traditional culture, food, history, townscape, etc.)
(2) The program must have a clear target audience (what age range and what kind of people do you want to visit? (2) A clear target (what age group and what kind of people you want to visit)
*After submitting the plan, the details and experience fees will be decided after discussion with the Association
5. The program must be planned and operated by the applicant and must be implemented responsibly
6. The applicant must not be an anti-social force or an organization or individual involved in such forces

Applicants must be able to make their own arrangements for equipment, management staff, and other items necessary to implement the program.
9. Applicants cannot apply for programs that charge no participation fee.
10. After the experience is over, an administrative fee (10% of the participation fee per participant) must be paid to the Association.

・Support planning/brushing up of the program
The Association does not provide assistance in the form of funds, goods, personnel, or priority reservation of venues for program implementation.
2. The Association may request changes in program fees or content for adjustment.
3. The Association may conduct document screening and hearings as necessary.
4. If we judge that the program contents are not in line with the purpose of the event, we may request changes or cancellation of the program.
In such cases, the program organizer will be responsible for any expenses already incurred.
5. If the program is cancelled due to weather or other reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer is responsible for notifying the participants. In that case, please be sure to contact the Association
6. Please purchase event insurance (liability, accident, etc.). The insurance covers accidents, injuries, damages, etc., and the participation fee should include the cost of the insurance.
7. Personal information obtained through this project will be used only for the purposes related to this project. Personal information will be strictly managed.
