Nagato Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai] Sponsors and Volunteers Needed!

Support for cycling event to be held on 11/23 (Sat.)

The Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association is seeking corporate sponsors and volunteer staff for the "Nagato Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai," a cycling event to be held on Saturday, November 23 in Nagato and Mine Cities. We are looking for companies that can donate funds, goods, and other sponsorships, as well as volunteer staff.

This will be the fourth time the event has been held, and at this point we have received more entries than the initial capacity, so we have expanded the number of participants and are continuing to accept applications. With a total of 440 entries already received, this year's event is expected to be the largest ever.

Call for financial and in-kind sponsorships for the conference

Details regarding the call for sponsors are as follows

As a special benefit, sponsors will have their advertisements placed in the event program. In addition, the name of the sponsor company will be printed on the bib, depending on the amount of the sponsorship.

Financial sponsors (provide funds necessary for the implementation of the event)

Volunteer Staff Wanted

Activities

1. Registration for participants (2-3 hours)
2. Hospitality at aid points (2-3 hours)
3. Course guidance (2-3 hours)
4. Questionnaire at the finish line, etc. (2-3 hours)

Application Requirements

• Must be 10 years of age or older as of the date of the activity. (However, those under 15 years of age must participate with a parent or guardian.)
• No compensation or travel expenses will be provided.
• Details of the volunteer content will be provided separately.
• We may not be able to meet your request regarding the nature of the work.
• The organizer reserves the right to publish video, photographs, and records of volunteer activities on TV, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc.
• Insurance will be collectively purchased by the organizer. The insurance coverage is based on the contents of the contract and cannot be applied in the event of failure to comply with the organizer's instructions or in the event that it is deemed inappropriate.
• Personal information provided at the time of application will not be used for any purpose other than those related to this event (registration, insurance subscription, sending of invitations, etc.).
