Guest riders for “Nagano Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai” are determined!

Five participants from Shimano Racing are scheduled to participate.

The "Nagano Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai" cycling event will be held on Saturday, November 23 with a record number of 460 entries. Today, we are pleased to announce that Hidenori Notera, Naogo Ichimaru, Ryo Minato, Sakiya Kuroeda, and Tadaaki Nakai from "Shimano Racing" will be our guests for the event.

Shimano Racing" is a team that has produced many Japanese champions and Olympic athletes, and is a leader in cycling in Japan. Director Noji, Minato, and Kuroeda participated in this event last year as guests, and Ichimaru participated in the "Nagano Blue Ocean Ride mini" in March this year. Nakai is the youngest member of the team, newly joining in 2019.

Guests are scheduled to participate in the tournament and the social event on the evening of the day. We hope that everyone who attends will be able to enjoy the exchange of ideas and enjoy the day in a more memorable way.

Shogo Ichimaru

A middle-distance specialist who has been active in track events, he has competed around the world as a regular member of the 4km Team Pursuit National Team. His activities this season will be watched closely to see if he can get a ticket to the Tokyo Olympics and get into a position to aim for a medal. She is pleased to be wearing the blue jersey, which gives her a Draemon feel.

Ryo Minato

Nickname: Meenats Birthplace: Aomori, Japan Date of Birth: 1992/4/12

He debuted with Team UKYO in 2015 and joined Shimano Racing in 2016. He has already proven that he has the ability of a top climber. He has been working on strengthening his physicality in the off-season and is expected to excel in big races such as the Tour of Japan, where his endurance and hill-climbing abilities will be tested. He has experience in judo and is good at ukemi, but he would prefer not to show it off during the race.

Saya Kuroeda

Nickname: Saaya Birthplace: Oita Prefecture Date of Birth: 1995/9/28

In his first year as an elite, he showed his talent as a sprinter in the 2018 season with one win in the J-Pro Tour and a victory in the UCI sanctioned criterium in Oita. He continues to build up his body and evolve. We look forward to more victories from him. His special skill is lifting a grand piano. He can also play the piano.

Tadaaki Nakai

Nickname: Tadaki Birthplace: Shiga Prefecture Date of Birth: 1996/12/12

He will join Shimano Racing in 2019. He is a promising newcomer with a wide range of abilities, having competed on both road and track as a student. He is not only a good assistant, but is expected to be an immediate asset to the team. He has yet to win a blog title and is having a difficult start to the season.

Director Hidenori Noji

Birthplace: Shizuoka Prefecture Date of birth: 1975/6/7
