Attach the artwork form to the upper right corner of the back of the work in the same direction as the top and bottom of the work. Please note that the work will be judged and exhibited in the same orientation as the work. (Please do not attach the entry slip to the work.) 1. Please attach a list of exhibitors if there is more than one applicant from a school, etc.
