The spectacular view of the cobalt blue Sea of Japan and a lecture at "Misumi Hachiman Shrine," the shrine's guardian deity, are also included!
This is the fourth in a series of walks that connect stations along the old highway by "Hitobito" (people), visiting historic sites and places of interest along the route. The tour will take you to a scenic spot where you can see the beautiful cobalt blue of the Sea of Japan in early spring. In addition, you will hear a lecture by the chief priest of Misumi Hachiman Shrine, the local guardian deity. Finally, we will board a train at "Iii Station" on the JR San'in Line and head for "Nagato Misumi Station. You can enjoy the beautiful Sea of Japan from the window of the train!
