Hagi Pottery Village, Daneiji Historic Trail, Historic Sites and Cherry Blossom Tour
This is a series of walks connecting stations along the old highway by "people" and visiting historic sites and places of interest along the route. With an old map in hand, we will stroll through Nagato Yumoto Onsen, a town of hot springs spreading along the Onshin River. The tour will also visit Daineiji Temple from the old highway and "Mochitsuki Jizo," a stone statue of a rice cake that is said to be able to give birth to a child. Why don't you fully enjoy the beautiful spring at "Hagiyaki no Sato" and "Daneiji," a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in the mountains with clear water flowing through it?date(s) (e.g. for exhibition)
