Notice of “Mini Lantern” workshop (5/19)

Let's make Yumoto's lights together!

A workshop for making cute mini lanterns will be held at 3:00 p.m. on May 19, when "Night of Otoshin River and Bridges" will be held, at Kira Kira Bridge, the venue of the event! The workshop will be led by LEM Kukan Kobo, who also illuminated Nagato Yumoto with wonderful lights at last year's Otosore River Festa! Everyone from small children to adults can create cute lanterns of their own design. The lights you make can be displayed along the Onshin River at dusk, or you can take them home with you. Please feel free to participate.

The "Mini Lantern Workshop" was scheduled to be held from 5/18 (Fri.) to 5/19 (Sat.), but due to a 90% chance of precipitation from the afternoon to evening of 5/18 (Fri.), we regret to inform you that the workshop will be held only on 5/19 (Sat.). We apologize for the last-minute notice, but we hope you will understand and come to Nagato Yumoto on 5/19.


The "Mini Lantern Workshop" will be held on 5/19 (Sat) instead of 5/18 (Sat).
There will be no change in the time of the workshop.

[Duration] 30 minutes-1 hour
[Participation Fee] 300 yen per person
[Eligibility] Anyone can participate, but small children must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Reservations are not required, but the number of participants may be limited if there are too many participants.
Other】Paints and glues may be used. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
