Nagato Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai Volunteer Staff Needed!

We are looking for volunteer staff to support the Nagato Blue Ocean Ride, a cycling event in Nagato City, which will be held for the third time this year.

The purpose of this event is to discover the charms of Nagato City through cycling, to expand the number of people interacting with the city, and to revitalize the community.

Would you like to support cyclists from all over the country with warm hospitality?

(1) Reception for participants (2-3 hours)

Application Requirements

Elementary school students or older as of the date of the activity (however, those under 15 years of age must participate with a parent or guardian).

Other

No compensation or travel expenses will be provided.
Details of the volunteer content will be provided separately.
We may not be able to meet your request regarding the nature of the work.
The organizer reserves the right to publish video, photographs, and records of volunteer activities on TV, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc.
The organizer will purchase a lump-sum insurance policy. Insurance coverage will be based on the contents of the contract, and will not apply in the event of failure to comply with the organizer's instructions or in the event that it is deemed inappropriate.
Personal information provided at the time of application will not be used for any purpose other than those related to this event (registering for the roster, obtaining insurance, sending out invitations, etc.).
