What is Higashi Gobata Terraced Paddy Field?

Higashi Gobata Terraced Rice Paddies" is one of the 100 best terraced rice paddies in Japan. They are spread out on the hills of the Mukozugu Peninsula on the west side of Nagato City. With a view of the Sea of Japan below, the harmony of the large panorama of the sea and the rice paddies creates a beautiful landscape. The contrast between the blue of the sky in the daytime and the green of the land...

Farmers are working hard to protect these important terraced rice paddies. Please be aware of the following points when taking photographs. Do not enter farmland without permission. Do not give instructions or orders to the farmers. Please do not park on the road. ~Please do not park on the street.
