In conjunction with the 58th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Diabetes Society, the second largest passenger ship in Japan, the Pacific Venus, is calling at Arcapo-To in Shimonoseki City. In conjunction with the port call, gourmet foods and specialties (20 stores) representing Yamaguchi Prefecture will gather in Arkapo~to! Nagato City is also participating in the event with "Yakitori (grilled chicken)" to let visitors taste its specialty, Choshu Jidori (Choshu chicken)! The exhibition is open to the public, although those not affiliated with the Japan Diabetes Society are not allowed to tour the ship! The "Pacific Venus," which arrived at Senzaki Bay last May, will be open to the public. Why don't you come and taste the best gourmet foods of Yamaguchi Prefecture while enjoying the graceful appearance of the Pacific Venus?
