Applications must arrive no later than May 19, 2017 (Friday).

| Number of stores exhibiting | Approximately 20 stores (selection will be made) |
| Eligibility for participation | Restaurant operators with stores in Nagato City, groups and clubs active in the city, and high schools |
| Exhibits | One item per store, offering the No. 1 gourmet item of which they are proud |
| Application Deadline | Must arrive no later than May 19, 2017 (Friday) |
| How to Apply | Please fill out the application form and send it by mail or bring it in person to the address below. |
| Screening of entries | Date: May 29 (Mon.), 2017 Time: 18:00- Place: Nagato City Product & Tourism Center 2nd Floor, Conference Rooms 1 & 2 Content: Judging of entries *Please make sure to attend if you wish to open a stall. |
| Briefing Session | The exhibitor lots will be drawn, and the loading/unloading procedures and precautions will be explained. After the judging, the participants will be selected, and a briefing session will be held. |
