Today (Thursday, September 5, 2024), a safety prayer ceremony for the West Japan Yakitori Festival 2024 was held at the Goshobaru Grand Shrine in the Nishi-Fukagawa area.
This is a Shinto ritual to pray for the success and safety of the "West Japan Yakitori Festival 2024," an event to be held on Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th. Event-related people gathered at the main shrine of the Grand Shrine to offer their prayers by offering a tamagushi (sacred skewer) at each of the shrines.
