Kohado Onsen Koryu Center” open-air baths have reopened (11/30-)

Reopening today due to improved water quality.

Today (Thursday, November 30, 2023), the Nagato City Tourism Policy Division announced the reopening of the open-air bath at the Kohado Onsen Koryu Center.
The use of this bath had been suspended since Wednesday, November 22 due to the detection of legionella bacteria in the bath. Under the guidance of the Nagato Public Health Center, infection prevention measures have been implemented, and the water quality of the bathtub has improved, so it has been reopened.
