Today (Wednesday, October 18), a "Choshu chicken steak menu development tasting" was held in Nagato City.
This is part of the "Local 'Platinum Tourist Gourmet' Development Project" being implemented by the Yamaguchi Tourism Federation this fiscal year.
Volunteers from businesses in the food and beverage industry in Nagato City have gathered to develop new local gourmet menus through workshops and tasting sessions.
This time, eight of these businesses brought prototypes of their new menu items under the theme of "Chicken Steak using Choshu Dori" and held a tasting event for all concerned.
All names of dishes are tentative.

Participants who tasted the food responded to a questionnaire. The menu will be further brushed up based on the opinions gathered.
Businesses also exchanged opinions with each other over tastings.
The new menu will be completed by the end of the fiscal year and will be available for sale at all businesses. Please look forward to it!
