Popular railroad event for children

On Sunday, October 9, "Nagato Railway Festival" will be held at the JR West Nagato Railway Department Operation Branch. This is an event where visitors can get in touch with railroads through exhibits of "nostalgia trains" in the colors of the old Japanese National Railways and hands-on railroad work experience. In addition, there will be an "automatic track bicycle ride," a "model railroad exhibit," and kitchen car vendors, so the whole family can enjoy the event.
