Tasan Shima is a freelance housekeeper known as "the legendary housekeeper who can't take reservations." A native of Nagato City, she has appeared in various media and attracted much attention. As a "Nagato Food Ambassador," she plans to cooperate in supervising hometown tax returns and communicating the city's attractions.

Mayor Tatsuya Ehara of Nagato City also took the stage at the ceremony and said, "Thank you for being named 'Nagato Food Ambassador. I hope that through Ms. Shima's activities, more people will become aware of Nagato. He expressed his pleasure.

Tasan Shima says, "I didn't realize it when I was a child, but Nagato City is very rich in food ingredients. I want to convey the joy of working with such ingredients. commented Tasan Shima.

At today's inauguration ceremony, a hometown tax return gift supervised by Ms. Shima was unveiled for the first time. This item comes with a set of Nagato ingredients and a recipe written by Ms. Shima.
