Collaboration exhibition between "Uta Akari 2023" and "Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum

From January 1 (national holiday) to 31 (Tuesday), 2023, a special exhibition, "Misuzu's Gaze Traced in Poetry," is being held at the "Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum" in Senzaki, Nagato City.

This is a collaborative project with "Utaakari 2023," a light-up event to be held at Nagato Yumoto Onsen from January 19 (Thu) to February 19 (Sun). The exhibition will explain the 11 works by Misuzu that will be featured in this year's "Utaakari," and will also include a large model, a hands-on corner, and various other devices to convey the appeal of the event along with the poems.

(3) A panel display introduces the poems and includes award-winning works from past photo contests held at "Utaakari".

(3) A sample exhibit of "Doakari," lighting created by the artists of Hagiyaki Fukagawa Kiln and students of a local elementary school together.

A large scale model of the Nagato Yumoto hot spring resort town gives an overall view of "Utaakari.

Visitors can get original goods by pressing two stamps, one from the exhibition and the other from "Utaakari 2023," which will also be placed at the exhibition starting on January 19 (Sunday). Please take up this challenge as well.
