This year again, we would like to inform you of the status of color change at the famous hydrangea temple " Koutokuji".

Thursday, June 23
There are still many flowers in bloom, but the peak seems to have passed somewhat. It will be the last time to see them.
Thursday, June 16
Many of the flowers are in full bloom, and this week is the best time to see them. There are also some plants in bud, so you can enjoy them through next week.
Friday, June 10
Most of the flowers are at the beginning of blooming, but some are at their best, and each can be enjoyed in its own way.
Friday, June 3
A few flowers are beginning to bloom. The best time to see them is still to come.
Directions and parking to Mukoukokuji Temple
1. First, please come to "Yanggui-no-Sato".
Road signs for the " Yanggui-no-Sato" are placed along the roads in the vicinity of Nagato and Aburaya, so please follow the signs to the site.
2. Pass through "Yanggui-no-Sato" and go to Xiangdeoksa Temple.
Pass along the road to the left to the "Yanggi-no-Sato" parking lot on Prefectural Route 357, and go down the road.
3. Pass Kutsu Post Office
After passing the "Kutsu Post Office," turn left.
Please drive slowly as there is more than one lane in each direction from here.
4. Arrive at Koutokuji Temple
You will see hydrangeas on your right. It is more convenient to park your car in the precinct.
When you turn right, there is a slope to go up.
At the end of the climb, turn left. You will see a large parking lot.
Please park as far back as possible.
