Yasuo Kouzuki Museum of Art] Exhibition “As a Painter” & “Yasuo Kouzuki’s Siberian Series” now on view (~10/10)

Memories of Siberia in Kouzuki's eyes, his eyes as a painter, and his feelings for his hometown and family.

The exhibition "As a Painter" (7/16-10/10) is now being held at the " Yasuo Kozuki Museum of Art " in the Misumi district of Nagato City.

From his early to late works, the exhibition introduces motifs that Kozuki painted during the peaceful period he spent after his internment in Siberia, interweaving them with the artist's own words.
A special exhibition, "Yasuo Kozuki's Siberian Series," will be held in conjunction with the exhibition. Rain (Cow)" from the same series will be on display.
