Call for participants for "Training to strengthen the inbound response capabilities of local tourism personnel".

On September 11 (Sun.), "Training for Strengthening Inbound Response Capabilities of Local Tourism Personnel" will be held at the Nagato City Shigoto Center in Nagato City. This is a program in which national interpreter guides* will serve as lecturers, and participants can learn hospitality for inbound (foreign) customers. The basic course includes "How to be prepared for foreigners and consider different cultures" and "How to use multilingual translation tools such as smartphones", followed by an English conversation course for beginners. This program is sponsored by Nagato City under the supervision of the Japan Tourism Agency as "an opportunity to deepen understanding of different cultures as well as to prepare a system to receive inbound tourists in the future.

・ 3 original textbooks (Basic Knowledge, Beginner English Conversation, Intermediate English Conversation)
・Communication sheets for 3 languages (English, Chinese (Simplified), Korean)
