Sea kayaking experience at Aburaya Bay in the Yuya district. While learning how to operate the kayak from a guide, you can enjoy the clear blue ocean. Enjoy the best "walk on the sea" that you cannot experience in everyday life. Two courses are available: half-day (3 hours) and 1-day (6 hours with lunch). Period: April to November

Qinghai Island, as its name suggests, has a wide expanse of blue ocean. You can experience diving from the same perspective as the many creatures that live in this beautiful sea. With mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and tank on your back, you can enjoy the wide underwater scenery. A friendly and helpful instructor will guide you according to the weather and ocean conditions of the day. Available from July to September.

Ms. Liliya from Sochi, Russia, will give a guided tour of Nagato and Omijima Island. While exercising by cycling, you will tour around Omijima and Senzaki and visit her recommended spots (some of the places on the course are "similar to Sochi"). Lunch and talk time are also included in this tour, so you can spend a pleasant time with the cheerful and energetic Nariya. Tour dates: May-November
Mr. Fujinaga, who knows how to enjoy Tawarayama, will be your "soba master" and challenge you to make soba using buckwheat flour produced in Tawarayama. Enjoy making soba with Mr. Fujinaga, who always has a smile on his face. The freshly made soba noodles will be boiled and served at the restaurant "Tabeyama" next to the venue. *Opening period: All year round

The "Republic of Qinghai Island" is based in the former Qinghai Island Elementary School, which is now closed, and is involved in community revitalization activities. Mr. Hamano, the "King" of the Republic, will teach you how to cook fresh fish from the local market. The fish that you have prepared yourself will be served with local dishes of Qinghai Island. As with the fish-slicing experience, you will learn how to make Senzaki's specialty, kamaboko, from King Hamano of the Republic of Qinghai Island. Fresh white fish such as Eso and Itoyori are ground into fish paste, placed on a fish cake board, and steamed. Enjoy the taste of freshly made kamaboko! *Opening period: April through December
This is a guided walk (lunch and hot spring bath ticket included) of Tawarayama Onsen by members of the Tawarayama Shittorukai. The "Tawarayama Masters," who know Tawarayama Onsen inside and out, will talk about the charms, history, and culture of Tawarayama Onsen in a light-hearted manner. After walking, learning, and laughing, enjoy a lunch of locally produced soba noodles at Tabeyama, a restaurant in the middle of the hot spring resort area. After lunch, you can sweat it out in the hot spring and enjoy the benefits of Tawarayama Onsen, which has been called the "Yokozuna of the West.

This is a city tour on the theme of "Misuzu Kaneko," a children's song poet, led by the Nagato Volunteer Guide Association, which has been guiding visitors in Nagato City for many years. They will guide you through the world of Ms. Misuzu's poetry, Misuzu Street, and other places related to Kaneko Misuzu. This is another town walk by the "Nagato Volunteer Guide Association". In this program, visitors will trace the history of the port town of Senzaki using old maps created by the Choshu clan's cartographer. The Tong area of Qinghai Island, where the old-style whaling once flourished. The tour will take you on a tour of the remaining whale culture and history, with commentary by a guide. Driftwood Art in the Republic of Qinghai Island You can create your own original objet d'art by combining driftwood, seashells, and other materials that have washed up on the shores of Qinghai Island. Nison-in Temple is located in Mukatsugu, Aburaya, where the "Legend of Yang Kwei-Hee" remains. The priest of this temple takes the helm of a small fishing boat and guides you through the sea of Nagato. You can see Enoshima Island, where Benzaiten, the goddess of mercy, is enshrined to pray for safety at sea, and Tawara Island, a national scenic beauty spot and a natural monument, which can only be seen from the boat.
