Reopening of Bicycle Rentals in the City

Bicycle rentals have resumed.

Bicycle rentals at the Nagato City Tourist Information Center (YUKUTE) and Nagato City Station were suspended until Sunday, May 10, but have resumed as of Monday, May 11.

In order to ensure the safety of our customers, we have taken the following measures to prevent the spread of infection.

• Pre-work health check of staff (temperature check)
• Hand washing and alcohol disinfection of staff
• Staff wearing masks
• Transparent screens at the reception counter to prevent droplet infection
• Thorough cleaning of the facility
• Installation of alcohol sanitizers at entrances and exits of information centers
• Regular ventilation of the facility
• Alcohol disinfection of bicycle handlebars, saddle parts, and helmets (per rental)

We also ask for the following cooperation from all visitors to prevent infection.

• Please refrain from visiting or using the facility if you have a fever or feel unwell.
• Please disinfect your hands with alcohol before use.
• If you have a mask, please wear it whenever possible.
• Helmets are available for loan, but to prevent infection, please use your own helmet if possible.
• Observe social distance during the course of cycling to avoid creating dense conditions.
