Call for accommodation facilities for the “Nagato Tomari Makoto Campaign

We are looking for accommodation facilities to participate in the "Nagato Overnight Stay Campaign".

The "Nagato Tomarimakute Campaign" is a campaign to award up to 2,000 yen worth of "Nagato Tomarimakute Gift Certificates (tentative)" per person for those who stay at accommodation facilities in Nagato City during the campaign period as a stay benefit. Outline of Operations

(1) Project Entity: Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association
(2) Project Description: "Nagato Tomari Mattekoku Campaign Gift Certificate (tentative)" for up to 2,000 yen per person will be given to those who stay overnight in the city as a lodging benefit.
(3) Target: Lodging facilities in Nagato City
(4) Budget: 100,000,000 yen (100,000 gift certificates)
(5) Period of use: From July 10, 2020 to the end of February 2021 (tentative)

Schedule

(1) Wednesday, June 17: Project briefing
(2) Thursday, June 25: Deadline for submission documents 17:00
(3) Friday, June 26: Application review, notification of approval and allocation decision (tentative)
(4) Monday, June 29: Start of delivery of gift certificates for the first phase to lodging facilities (tentative)
(5) Friday, July 10: Start of campaign (tentative)

Campaign information dissemination (6/18)

A logo and banner have been created to provide unified information to the association and lodging facilities during the campaign period. If you are a lodging facility that intends to participate in this campaign and would like to obtain data in advance for the purpose of creating a plan, please contact the Nagato City Tourism Convention Association. However, the announcement of accommodation plans for this campaign will be made after the "Information Release Date". The "Information Release Date" will be announced once the participating lodging facilities have been confirmed.
