Creating "Play, Eat, and Circle" in Nagato

The third "Nagatrip 2020 Summer" will be held during the two-month period from July to August, the same as last year. The Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association is looking for companies, organizations, and individuals who are willing to plan and operate experience tourism programs.

We want to increase the number of fans of Nagato City and our own stores and businesses, and we want visitors to enjoy the unique experiences and attractions of Nagato City.

After screening, submitted programs will be published in the guidebook and participants will be recruited through the "Nagatrip" experience reservation website. The JFSA will be in charge of information dissemination and acceptance of applications so that the organizers can concentrate on planning and operation of the programs.

July 1 (Wed) - August 31 (Mon), 2020

*Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association is in charge of accepting applications, producing guidebooks, and disseminating information.

Program Application Guidelines

Must be held in the city during the period
Must meet and disperse locally.
Programs that meet all of the following points:
(1) Those that give a sense of Nagato City (nature, traditional culture, food, history, townscape)
(2) Those that give a sense of seasonality
(3) Those targeting parents and children
The fee for the experience will be determined by the organizer.
*After the experience, please pay 10% of the participation fee per participant to the Tourism & Convention Association as an administrative fee (if 10% is less than 200 yen, the fee will be 200 yen).
Payment of the participation fee is due on the day of the event and will be collected by the organizer.

Application Period

*After the application deadline, a decision will be made on publication in the guidebook after a meeting and review by the organizers.

Mid-January to mid-February Call for program organizers
Late February - Late March Organizer meeting, refinement of program content, guidebook production and photography
Late March to early April: "Nagatrip mini (tentative name)," an advance implementation of a portion of the program
Around mid-April Start recruiting summer participants and distributing guidebooks
July 1 - August 31, "Naga Trip 2020 Summer" will be held.
