Information on spring flowers has arrived!

On Saturday, April 6, the Tawarayama Shakunage Garden opened.

More than 30,000 rhododendrons of 170 varieties bloom beautifully in this rhododendron garden. The garden is a popular tourist spot that attracts many visitors when the flowers are in full bloom.

I immediately went to see the flowers after the park opened, but only a few of them were in bloom and they were still in bud.

The best time to see the flowers this year is likely to be around April 20 or a little later, as in previous years.

Rhododendron buses will be in service.

If you plan to visit the park, please use the free shuttle bus that connects Tawarayama Onsen to Rhododendron Garden.
