Arrangements to be enjoyed with fresh flowers from Yamaguchi Prefecture

On June 9 (Sun), an event to enjoy the world of flowers will be held in the main conference room of Renessa Nagato, hosted by "Flower Design Yuki" led by Yuki Suenaga, a floral designer in the city, including an arrangement experience and direct sales by producers.

Experience arranging flowers mainly from Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Capacity] 50 people
[Fee] 500 yen per person, 1,000 yen for parents and children

Photo session at the photo spot

You can take a photo in front of a wall arrangement using flowers from Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Direct sales by producers

The direct sales event where you can hear stories about flowers from flower growers, which you normally cannot hear.

Introduction of arrangements to enjoy at home

You will see how to decorate flowers and ideas for decorating your home in the form of demonstrations.

Artificial and preserved flower kits for sale

Limited quantities of artificial and preserved flower kits are available.

Exhibition of Works

The exhibition will feature the work of Yuki Suenaga, winner of the Gold Prize in the Bouquet category and the Governor of Kyoto Award at the "Kyoto Flower" Story Preserved Flower Contest 2019, held in Kyoto, Japan from May 11 (Sat) to 12 (Sun), 2019.

Experience the arrangement in the summer "Naga Trip" as well.

A workshop event by Yuki Suenaga will also be held during Nagato City's Nagatrip hands-on tourism program in July and August 2019. The event, titled "Making Flower Interiors with Trapped Summer Memories," will be held at Café Struggle in Senzaki and at the tourist information center, YUKUTE.
