Revitalizing Local Communities through Outdoor Tourism

Nagato City, which has concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Montbell Inc., a comprehensive outdoor manufacturer, is registered as a "Montbell Friend Town" as an area where visitors can enjoy mainly marine activities such as cruises, sea kayaking, and diving.

In an effort to promote outdoor tourism that takes advantage of the city's rich natural environment and revitalize the local economy, the city will host a lecture by Mr. Shiro Takeyama, Managing Director and General Manager of Public Relations Division of Montbell, Inc.

Admission is free and no registration is required, so those interested in outdoor tourism are encouraged to attend.
