On Thursday, January 10, 2019, "yoga" was held at bliss point, a cafe by the sea in the Tateishi district of Aburaya.
Kanako Fujii, a yoga instructor active mainly in the Tawarayama area, led the five participants in this yoga class.
It is a very luxurious location near Tateishi Kannon, where you can usually hear the sound of waves from outside.
The venue was a window room on the second floor with a view of the ocean. The menu for today's lesson was designed so that beginners could experience it without difficulty.
Breathe in slowly, breathe out, and feel your breath in your own rhythm.
The sound of breathing "soo" and "har" can be heard from inside the room where pleasant music is playing.
The students carefully move the muscles and joints of the body that they do not normally use one by one.
As you breathe, your body naturally warms up and you feel your whole body stretching farther and farther away.
A slow, self-paced yoga experience lasts approximately one hour.
Everyone looked refreshed afterward and seemed to have enjoyed a moment of "bliss.
The instructor, Ms. Fujii, also loves this place, bliss point, where you can experience yoga on a regular basis.
