Tawarayama Rhododendron Garden opens this year!

Tawarayama Rhododendron Garden, a sightseeing spot with over 30,000 rhododendrons in full bloom, is now open again this year. The 5-hectare site is crammed with 170 varieties of rhododendrons, including Japanese rhododendrons and Western rhododendrons.

Cold rain fell over the weekend, but they were happily blooming in the warm sunshine on Sunday afternoon. Admission to the park is free, so please come and visit.
