A ping-pong tournament using fish cake boards will be held!

Nagato City in Yamaguchi Prefecture is a fish cake production area. This is where a new sport called "Kamaboko-ita-kyu," a ping-pong tournament using a kamaboko board, was born. Speaking of ping-pong, hot springs are also a good place to play ping-pong! The "Senzaki Kamaboko Itakyu Tournament" will be held at Nagato Yumoto Onsen. Local gourmet foods and the "Kamaboko Ita Tower Championship" will be held at the same time!

No table tennis uniforms allowed; doubles (free doubles); racquets are kamaboko boards (prepared by the organizer and distributed on the day); large balls (celluloid training balls); nets are the height of hardballs; 11 three-game matches (no deuce); one serve change (any course). The serve will be changed once (the course is free). 3 "Help Cards" will be distributed, which can be used during the match. 
commendation
1st to 3rd place in each ranked tournament. Special prizes for pairs who made the tournament more exciting with their costumes, performances, etc. There will be a fun raffle and participation prizes.

144 pairs (first-come, first-served) 
entrance fee
2,000 yen per couple (please pay at the registration desk on the day)
